Order Process

Step1. Select the quantity and add the item to your cart.

Step2.Press the cart button, select your region in Estimated Delivery,and the shipping fee will be calculated.

Step3.Review the quantity, price, and shipping fee, then tap Checkout.

Step4.For PayPal users: Please proceed to the PayPal page and follow the instructions. For registered users: Please Sign Up or Log In to your account. ​For guest checkout: Enter your Customer details and Delivery details,then tap Continue.

Step5.Review your entered information and tap Continue.

Step6.Choose your payment method: Card or PayPal.Paying by card requires entering your card information.

Step7.If the billing address differs from the shipping address, enter the delivery address.

Step8.Read the Return Policy and check the box to agree.

Step9.Review your order and press Place Order & Pay.

Cancellation & Returns

If you receive an item different from your order, a defective item, or a damaged item, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or provide a refund.

Please note that we cannot respond to requests made after this period.

For returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In such cases, the refund will cover only the product price (excluding the shipping fee incurred when we sent the item).
