Every order is sent from Japan with UPS — fully insured, tracked door to door, and packed by hand for fragile ceramics. You will receive your UPS tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

Most orders arrive within two weeks in most regions.

At Japan Classic, we only offer one-of-a-kind pieces created by Japanese artisans—nothing mass-produced.

Since we offer one-of-a-kind items, our stock is limited.
If the item you want is unavailable, please contact Japan Classic.
Depending on the piece, we may be able to request additional production from the artist.

Our prices reflect the work itself — nothing more is hidden inside them. International shipping is charged separately at cost, fully insured. On orders over $280, we contribute $22 toward it.

If you contact us within one week of receiving your order, we will issue a full refund.
Return shipping costs will also be covered by Japan Classic.
Additionally, shipping insurance is fully provided at our expense, so you can shop with peace of mind.
